RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Log your exchange or return request online and wait 24 hours for eligibility confirmation.

1. Go to the Return & Exchange Portal

Click on the button to go to the Return & Exchange Portal.

Enter your email address and your order number.

2. Submit your return

Select the item/s you wish to return and give a reason for your return.

You will receive a confirmation email with your RMA number and shipping guidelines once the return request has been approved.

3. Pack up your order

While we arrange the courier collection, please get your order ready by packing it in its original product packaging.

Footwear must be placed in the original shoebox and securely packed into a bag/box.

The original swing tickets along with the completed returns document and must also be placed in the bag/box.

4. Finalise your return

Once your return has been received at our warehouse it will be inspected to ensure it qualifies.

If the return is approved, we will refund you or exchange the item depending on the nature of the return.

Courier collection and delivery will be free. The product(s) can take up to 4 working days from Main City Centres and 8 working days from Outlying areas to reach our warehouse from the date the return was logged.

You will be notified of the outcome via email. If the exchange or return is approved, we will proceed with the delivery of the exchange or refund within 7-10 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse. When the exchange is approved, we will exchange the item with the replacement product of your choice.

We may refuse a return or exchange if the unwanted product is returned damaged, or not in a re-sellable condition or missing any accessories.
